These pictures were taken on Juniper's actual birthday. It was day one of her 4 day birthday marathon. Her friend from preschool had a birthday party on Juniper's actual birthday (but not the friend's actual birthday) and we were happy to go to the fun playdate/party. When it was time to sing "happy birthday", to my surprise they added "and Juniper" into the song, and then invited Juni to help blow out the candles. She was so happy about it. I think she was surprised, too, because I had explained several times that the party was for her friend even though, yes, it was Juni's birthday.

Fairy and bunny

Juni saw the fairy and when face painting for the kids started Juni asked for a flower on her hand. She was so happy and excited about her hand drawing. Then she went back into the petting zoo and held a bunny. She had a great day!

Here's the Easter basket we made for Juni. The Peanuts characters stickers go with the Charlie Brown Easter book we've been reading all week. She LOVES stickers. There's also a photo of the nest and dyed eggs she made at school. I'm so glad she got the experience of decorating eggs this year.

The wisteria in our backyard is in bloom. So beautiful! We also have lavedar bushes that are lush and 3 roses that appeared on the rose bush, but I didn't take a picture of those. Here's Juni and her friend playing in the yard, too.

Dance moves

At the dance shop trying on a leotard that was on the sale rack. She saw the bar and wanted to practice ballet by doing this pose. This leotard will go great with the tutu we have at home.
