1 year and 4 months old and she's finally holding her own bottle. We are encouraging her to use a sippy cup but she isn't into it unless there's another kid around using a sippy cup. We will keep trying because the doctors want her weaned from a bottle by around 18 months. She's been weaned from mommy-milk for about a month now and all is well with that. Now she loves cuddling and drinking from a bottle.
She has been so fun to play with! She loves her new Flintstones-style car that she rides in the back yard. So far she only drives in reverse. She has become really good at imitating others and it is so fun to teach her new things. Her favorite thing to say this week has been "uh oh!" and she's said it twenty times a day.
